Refund Policy
At House of Tembusu, every paddle is made-to-order with care and creativity. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we have a strict but fair refund policy.
Custom Orders
All paddles are custom-made, which means:

No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong design submitted, or incorrect order details after payment.

We do not accept returns for custom items unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Defects or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a production defect:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and let you know if you're eligible for:

A replacement, or
-
A partial or full refund

Note: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify.
What’s Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to:

Minor colour variations due to screen display differences

Wear and tear from normal use

Incorrect customer-submitted designs or spelling errors
