How do I order a custom pickleball paddle?
Easy! Just head to our Shop Page, pick your favourite design, and follow the steps to preorder. Some paddles have personalisation options too, like adding your name or choosing colours.

Why is it a preorder? How long will it take?
Because each paddle is made just for you! We don’t mass-produce or warehouse, that means:

7 days for us to print and build your paddle

Then 2–3 days for shipping within Singapore

7–14 days for international orders
It’s worth the wait. Promise.
Why fibreglass?
Fibreglass is lightweight, durable, and great for control... everything a beginner/amateur needs. Plus, it’s perfect for custom printing, so your paddle looks as good as it plays.
Too good for plywood.
Do you ship in Singapore?
Yes! We deliver islandwide via tracked courier. You’ll get your paddle within 2–3 working days after it’s made.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Shipping time depends on your location (usually 7–14 working days), and you’ll get full tracking. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Do you take corporate or bulk paddle orders?
We do! And we love working with teams, events, and brand collabs. Whether it's for a company sports day, wellness retreat, or custom client gifts, we can design something unique together.

Can I return or refund my paddle?
Because each paddle is custom made, we don’t accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or with a printing error. Read our full Refund Policy here.
Can I play in the rain?
Short answer: try not to. Like all paddles, fibreglass is water-resistant, not waterproof. Wipe dry after playing and keep it out of soaking wet courts for the best lifespan.

Do you sell anything else?
Paddles come first - but we're working on apparel, accessories, and hydration drops. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when they launch!
