House of Tembusu is an online store based in Singapore offering made-to-order pickleball paddles and related accessories.

  • All products are custom-made and sold exclusively through our website.

  • We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

2. Orders & Customisation

  • Each paddle is made-to-order and takes approximately 7 business days to produce before shipping.

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, no changes can be made to your design.

  • Please ensure your artwork, name, or design details are accurate before submitting.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in SGD (Singapore Dollars) unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • We do not store your credit/debit card information.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs in your country.

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the customised nature of our paddles, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, with clear photos of the damage.

  • Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including photos, text, logos, and designs, is the property of House of Tembusu and may not be copied or reused without permission.

  • You retain ownership of your custom artwork, but by submitting it, you grant us permission to use it for production and promotional purposes (unless otherwise requested).

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our paddles or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
